Shipping & Delivery
So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can show off your new space? Please note that every order at Camp College and More is custom printed just for you and will take 2 weeks to print prior to shipping.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
The estimate above does not include manufacturing time--we need 2 weeks to make sure your custom order is everything you hoped it would be.
Camp College and More works with vendors all over the country. If you ordered more than one item, you might receive mulitple shipments.
Your order from CC&M will be confirmed and you will receive notification on when to expect delivery. It is not unusual for items from the same order to arrive on different days due to customization and vendor. We will do our best to exceed your expectations on delivery. Remember, if you plan to ship your child's trunk in the future, we encourage you to save the special box that comes with it.
If for any reason you need to return an item, please let us know. All CC&M items except trunks should be returned to 330 Hollabrook Pkwy, Mills River, NC 28759. Trunks should be returned directly to the vendor. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 828-513-7575.
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
